We knew you for nine months, yet only held you for a day. A life cut too short, but in our hearts you are here to stay. Your eyes so big and beautiful, just like your big brothers. Your feet so small and sweet, and just like your mummy's. Your hand clasped around my finger, I felt as proud as i did with Seth. Watching you take in the world around you, feeling you take in your first breath. So many people to tell, so many people to phone. We couldn't wait to hold you, we couldn't wait to get you home. Your big brother couldn't wait to see you, all he wanted to do was play. We knew it would have been so perfect, had you been able to stay. Some people i'm sure will tell us, thats just how life goes.
